Terms of Service

1. The Service

Contentpreneur is a software tool that helps you clarify your business positioning, generate offers and an offer stack, and produce a content plan designed to sell those offers. Parts of the Service use automated systems, including large language models, to produce suggestions and draft copy.

The Service provides business and marketing suggestions. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to act on anything the Service produces.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account is for one person or business. Do not share credentials with people outside your organization.
• Tell us promptly at info@contentpreneur.app if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Discovery and paid access

New customers choose a plan and complete payment before setting up their account and entering Discovery. Discovery, offers, offer stacks, content plans, and other workspace features require paid access.

An active subscription gives you full access to everything you have generated in the Service. If your subscription ends, your access ends and your workspace — including all generated work — is permanently deleted. Resubscribing later starts fresh.

4. Subscriptions, billing and renewal

• Subscriptions are offered at $40 per month or $400 per year, in United States dollars.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. The card on file is charged on each renewal date.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card details. Your use of Stripe’s checkout is also subject to Stripe’s own terms.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing portal inside the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. When that period ends, your workspace is permanently deleted.
• If a payment fails, Stripe retries the charge. Your access continues during the retry window. If the payment ultimately fails, the subscription is cancelled and your workspace is permanently deleted when the paid period ends.
• Prices may change for new subscriptions. As long as your subscription remains continuously active, you keep the price you originally subscribed at. If you fully cancel and later resubscribe, the then-current price applies.
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Where we are required to collect tax, it is added at checkout.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Contentpreneur is a digital subscription software service. Subscription payments are non-refundable once charged, except where a refund is required by applicable law. You can cancel at any time to prevent future renewal; cancelling does not refund charges already paid, and your access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for unless otherwise required by law.

The non-refundable rule applies to the first payment and every renewal on both monthly and annual plans. If you believe a refund is required by applicable law, contact info@contentpreneur.app.

Cancel through the billing portal inside the app to stop future renewals, with no phone call, retention flow, or notice period. You retain full access, including generation, through your paid period; the exact end date is shown in the app.

At the end of your paid period, access ends and your workspace, including Discovery, positioning, offers, offer stacks, and content plans, is permanently deleted. No part remains readable or recoverable. Resubscribing later starts fresh.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact info@contentpreneur.app before opening a dispute with your bank. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until the dispute is resolved. For cancellation and billing questions, include the email address on your account so we can locate the charge.

6. Your content and the work you generate

You retain ownership of the information you enter into the Service. As between you and us, you also own the offers, offer stacks, content plans, and other output generated for you, and you may use them commercially without attribution.

You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate and support the Service — for example, sending your inputs to an AI provider to generate a result, or storing your work so you can return to it.

Automated output is not unique to you. Similar inputs may produce similar results for other users, and we make no claim that generated output is original, non-infringing, or fit for any particular purpose. Review output before you publish it.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break the law, or promote goods and services that are illegal where you operate.
• Create content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that targets minors.
• Make deceptive claims — including fabricated results, false testimonials, or income promises you cannot substantiate.
• Infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Resell, sublicense, white-label, or scrape the Service, or attempt to reverse-engineer it or extract its prompts and models.
• Interfere with the Service’s operation, circumvent access controls or usage limits, or access another user’s account or data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice depending on the severity.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, add, or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces the core functionality of a paid subscription, we will notify subscribers by email.

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for a material breach of these terms, for non-payment, or if required by law. On termination for cause, no refund is owed for the remaining period.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that output will be accurate, or that using it will produce any particular business result. Nothing in the Service is a guarantee of revenue, audience growth, or sales.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contentpreneur is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Contentpreneur harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your use of output produced by the Service, or your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts located in that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except that either party may seek injunctive relief where appropriate.
